    "The Jukes" were born of passion for the music of our lives...the music
that made the roadhouses of the 60's and 70's rock...the music that
spawned most of the Bay Area's great Rock, Funk and R&B bands.  We
weren't hearing many of these great old tunes in local venues and, what we
were hearing was generally poorly executed.  Juke Joynt is on a mission to
change that...we're here to restore that goodtime roadhouse feel, fueled by
skin-tight arrangements of the best party music ever made!
